This course is designed to give you a deeper understanding of what it is that drives the HappyFeet organization daily. The course will provide an understanding of the organizations mission, values, & guiding principles, and a history of the HappyFeet Legends International organization. We will then move onto defining your specific role as a coach within the organization and will challenge you to define for yourself how being a part of team HappyFeet can positively impact your own personal Mission, Vision, & Guiding Principles.
